Fantastic Georgian pie crust table in mahogany. The shaped and hinged top having a raised pie crust edge supported on a ring turned column carved with crisp decoration supported on three cabriole legs decorated with acanthas leaves terminating in a wonderful ball and claw foot.

The top has some historical repairs to the edge. The base particularly has a superb colour and patina. The catch may not be original.

Antique Restoration
We take a conservative approach to antique restoration, keeping a stock of period timber and veneer to complete sympathetic restoration while keeping as much of the original as possible
French Polishing
French polishing is a technique not a material. I use traditional shellac where appropriate but have developed a similar technique using more modern materials for contemporary furniture as well as oil and wax polishing
Seat Weaving
We offer both contemporary and antique cane seat weaving as well as paper-cord renewals for your mid century design Danish Chairs
